What are we about?
Fit Mums and Bumps provides personal training or group Mums and bubs classes in Somerville. I ensure safe, enjoyable sessions with pelvic floor safe options available for new mums. All fitness levels are catered for and you are welcome to bring your babies and toddlers. A large playpen is provided so you can train with your child not far away without the headache of finding childcare. I encourage interaction with your little one during the class.
1-on-1 TrainingChoose to work on your specific goals with 1-on-1 training. This option allows total focus and commitment to you with individual attention.
2-on-1 Personal TrainingEnjoy the company of a training partner and reduce the cost by attending 2-on-1 sessions. Training with a friend can keep you both motivated.
Group TrainingEnjoy the atmosphere and company of others in a group environment. Either chose a bootcamp session from the timetable or book a private small group session with your mothers group, enjoy a social catch up whilst fitting in a workout.
