My name is Emma

I am a qualified personal trainer in Somerville with additional qualifications in prenatal and postnatal fitness. I decided that after having children, I wanted to help other Mums recover post childbirth and achieving their fitness goals. I understand firsthand the importance of enduring pelvic floor recovery post childbirth, the struggle to return to a pre-baby body and the desire of achieving a healthy lifestyle and weight.

I have two beautiful children, Sienna (4) and Georgie (2). I’ve maintained a love for health and fitness throughout my working life, and I am now focusing sharing my passion and experiences with others.

I have always maintained a healthy lifestyle, enjoying many years of playing sport, running and attending varied gym classes, my favourites being boxing, strength and conditioning and bootcamps.
