What to expect from my sessions

Whether you choose personal training or Mums and bubs classes, all training sessions are based around your specific needs.
Prior to the class I will discuss any exercise concerns or pre-existing injuries you may have.
All fitness levels are welcome.
The classes include a variety of the following exercises tailored to suit your needs and goals: cardio, boxing, strength and resistance, flexibility, core and pelvic floor.

What to bring to a class?

Your child/children
A towel
A drink

What should I wear?

Comfortable gym attire and trainers.
